Wednesdays at noon to 1:00pm and Fridays 1:15-2:15 with Dottie Pierce Pilates is relaxing, fun and strengthening…good for all back, neck and shoulder pain, lots of tummy work, and we work on posture and flexibility of all your joints and muscles!!Dottie teaches a holistic form of pilates exercise, based on breath and proper body form.
