Synchronize your breath wit movement through a variety of asanas that develop balance, flexibility and strength. Engage body, mind and sprit, using breath to empower a flowing series of yoga postures. These open-level classes integrate progressive balances, inversions, twists and pranayama. Attention and intention are recurring themes. Attention to breath calms the mind. Intention helps change your body and the world around you.
