Kali Yoga is a vigorous practice that challenges the body, quiets the mind and awakens the spirit. A Vinyasa practice, each posture flows inti the next and is connected by the breath. Like a choreographed dance, the postures provide the platform by which we experience, and express the best of ourselves in every moment, in every breath. By tuning deeply into our inner experience, we find joy, bliss, truth and the sacred expressed as us.
This is a multi-leveled class, all are welcome. Prior experience and body flexibility are not necessary. You come beautifully equipped just as you are.
