VINYASA FLOW
Synchronize your breath wit movement through a variety of asanas that develop balance, flexibility and strength. Engage body, mind and sprit, using breath to empower a flowing series of yoga postures. These open-level classes integrate progressive balances, inversions, twists and pranayama. Attention and intention are recurring themes. Attention to breath calms the mind. Intention helps change your body and the world around you. Practice the power of each through a vigorous Vinyasa Flow class.

NEW KALI YOGA BY MECQUEL STARTING MONDAY, THE 18TH, 9:30 -11:00AM, WEDNESDAY THE 20TH, 9:30-11 AND 12-1 PM
Kali Yoga is a vigorous practice that challenges the body, quiets the mind and awakens the spirit. A Vinyasa practice, each posture flows inti the next and is connected by the breath. Like a choreographed dance, the postures provide the platform by which we experience, and express the best of ourselves in every moment, in every breath. By tuning deeply into our inner experience, we find joy, bliss, truth and the sacred expressed as us.
This is a multi-leveled class, all are welcome. Prior experience and body flexibility are not necessary. You come beautifully equipped just as you are.

New Class!!! Yoga Fusion by Brigitte Aflalo-Calderon Starting Jan 14, Thursday 12 to 1 pm
This class combines Vinyasa and Kundalini asanas. The yoga journey will energize your body and sooth your mind. The class begins with yoga warm-up and breathing exercises to allow you to become present in the moment. It is followed by a rigorous flow that focuses on breathing, core strengthening, concentration and balance. The class ends with relaxation.

Yoga for Budding Bodies is on Saturday, 11 – 12 am
A fun and creative way for kids to discover their body and mind. Classes include games, storytelling, games and lots of cuddling with mom.
Open to kids between the ages of 2 and 5, Saturday, 11 -12 am.
